Full payment is required to secure your tickets. Payment first policy through Gcash, Maya, or bank transfer.

Fees include the original ticket price, ticketing charge, online fee, and assistance fee. Rates will be sent via Twitter DM. Physical tickets can be claimed through meet-up and shipping. The buyer must shoulder the packaging fee & shipping fee. Otherwise, E-tickets will be sent via email (applicable for Ticketnet only). Rest assured that a 100% ticket refund will be given immediately including 50% of the assistance in case of failure to secure your tickets (transaction fee shall be deducted from the refund amount if applicable). It is not 100% guaranteed that I can check out your tickets due to the high volume of fans on the website, but I will try my best to help you get those tickets because you deserve them! STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION.

Q: What is ticketing assistance?
A: Ticketing assistance is a service offered to those who want to go to their much-awaited concert but don't have time to purchase their tickets due to unavailability on the ticket selling dates, don't have a debit/credit card (for Ticketnet), or those who just want to have a backup plan during the ticketing. We will be the ones to purchase the tickets on your behalf and then send your physical tickets thru shipping or send your e-tickets thru email.
Q: What is assistance fee?
A: Assistance fee is the compensation/service fee for our time and efforts in purchasing your tickets.
Q: How can I avail of this service?
A: You may avail of the service by sending me a DM regarding the concert/event you want to attend together with your desired seat/s.
Q: Is it 100% guaranteed?
A: It is not 100% guaranteed but rest assured that I will give my 101% best to get your tickets.
Q:Is this a legit transaction?
A: Yes! I can provide proof of my successful ticket purchase/s as per request. You may check #prioritixfeedback on Twitter for more proof of successful transactions.
Q: What are your modes of payment?
A: Gcash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and PayPal.
Q:What is your payment term?
A: PAYO or Pay As You Order.
Q: Until when can I pay for the ticket?
A: Payment must be made a day before the ticket-selling date of the concert/event that you wish to attend.
Q: How can I claim my tickets?
A: For SM Tickets, we will update you once the physical tickets have been claimed and are ready for shipping out. The shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and can be COD.
For Ticketnet, we will immediately send the confirmation email of the purchased e-tickets and then enjoy the show!Q: Can I exchange my Ticketnet e-tickets for a physical ticket?
A: We will inform you once we have the chance to have the E-tickets be exchanged for physical tickets. Kindly note that Ticketnet has an additional fee of Php50 for ticket printing and we'll be asking for additional payment for the packaging fee and shipping fee.
Q: Is the assistance fee refundable?
A: Only 50% of the assistance fee is refundable in case of failure to secure your tickets.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Strictly no cancelation. Only the ticket price will be refunded and the assistance fee will be 100% forfeited in case of cancelation.
